Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • International orders: 10–25 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier issues,
  • customs clearance,
  • weather conditions,
  • high seasonal demand,
  • incorrect shipping information,
  • or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Drykick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Drykick is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the package,
  • and photos of the damaged item.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
