1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Customers have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All original tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.


2. RETURN PROCEDURE

  • and any additional information required to complete the return.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

5. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must:

  1. Return the original eligible item.
  2. Place a new order separately.

This process helps ensure faster order processing and availability.


6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still comply with the return conditions outlined in this policy.


7. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

8. SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,
